Helping Athletes Navigate Life After the Game
For many athletes, sports shape their schedule, friendships, confidence, and identity. When the season ends for good, life can suddenly feel quiet, uncertain, and disconnected. After The Game Ministries exists to walk with athletes through that transition with spiritual guidance, trusted relationships, Bible studies, mentoring, discipleship, prayer, and practical support.
Founded by Chip Simmons, After The Game Ministries grew out of years of walking alongside athletes at the professional and college levels. Chip’s background includes ministry with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, the University of Colorado football program, the Colorado Crush, the Denver Broncos, and chapel ministry with multiple professional and college teams.
AFTER THE PROS
Professional sports careers are short. Whether you play or played baseball, football, soccer, golf, tennis, basketball, lacrosse, or skied, your career only lasts for a short part of your life. Whether you played 3 years or 20 years, your life changes drastically after “the show”. We help you through the difficult transition to regular life.
AFTER COLLEGE SPORTS
College sports careers are short. Whether you play or played baseball, football, soccer, golf, tennis, basketball, lacrosse, or skied, your high school career only lasts for a short part of your life. Whether you played 1 years or 5 years, your life changes drastically if you do not make it into the pros. We help you through the difficult transition to regular life.
AFTER HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS
High School sports careers are short. Whether you play or played baseball, football, soccer, golf, tennis, basketball, lacrosse, or skied, your career only lasts for a short part of your life.
